Carolyne Koval Davis, JD, AEP, is an attorney in private practice in Dallas, Texas, where she concentrates in title as a Fee Attorney for First American Title, and offers title insurance and escrow/closing services. Carolyne also has a 13 year background in estate planning [which includes wills & trusts, estate tax reduction, probate, asset protection, elder law, and incapacity planning].
She received her BA from Southern Methodist University [1988] and received her JD from the University of Houston Law Center [1991]. She is also an Accredited Estate Planner [AEP conferred by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils]. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Probate and Trust Lawyers, the College of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association [ABA], the Dallas Bar Association [DBA], both the Dallas and North Texas Estate Planning Councils, and the State Bar of Texas, and former member of the Houston Bar Association.
Carolyne also serves as a section member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Section of the ABA, and Probate, Trust & Estate Section of the DBA. She is a life member of The National Registry of Who's Who as published in the 2000 Millennium issue.
