Starla Dam, Lead Closer and Senior Escrow Officer

Starla is our office's Senior Escrow Officer and Lead Closer. She began her career in 1988 and proudly heads our Resale division. Starla specializes not only in high-end resale, but holds tremendous experience in home equity, mortgage refinances, reverse mortgages, and new construction, as well as experience in closing out of state transactions. Her focus is to provide personal and efficient customer service throughout your experience with our office.
